EWC, EWC Healthcare, a division of Executive Workforce Consultants and EWC Learning Institute offers services, products and training to improve Workforce and business process challenges in talent acquisition and management and tools to improve your workforce while reducing overhead expenses. We  identify and resolve workforce challenges in recruitment, training, development and HR needs. We focus on Business Process Management (BPMs) solutions to workforce needs with recruitment of talent, job matching assessment and election, leadership development and transition services. Our Career Management Training Certification Program is useful, practical and desired by many business leaders expecting HR to provide retention and career development programs for their workforce.

Our leadership team is comprised of five senior Partners/Principals, plus 12-25 Career Practitioners and Lean Six Sigma Management Consultants. Selective individuals have top secret government clearance and all are game-changers in their disciplines. Our Global Career Transition partners and affiliates, as with Transition Solutions Global Partners, as independently-owned committed stakeholders in their markets. We offer proven solutions to organizational performance, quality and workflow standards and methods. Each Consultant has the support of our Project Management Office (PMO).
