For over 15 years EWC's Project Management Office (PMO) has provided assistance locally and globally to corporate sponsored transitioning employees, ranging from individual situations to workforce transformation including scalable plant closing.
Application, Benefits and Outcomes:
- Provide PM's for plant closures, WARN notification, communications, PMO activities effecting up to 25,000+ displaced or redeployed employees nationwide
- Establish and direct Career Transition Centers and Virtual Centers that offer a full range of administrative services and technology platforms
- Mitigate risk to the organization by providing service and resources to transition employees
- Responsive and personalized services tailored to meet individual career objectives using EWC's Employment Talk Version 4, project trainers, and sophisticated job match tools
- Expert guidance, assessment, coaching and career development by skilled, experienced consultants
- Use of Webinar servicing where desirable and E-Knowledge and proprietary database services to organize, broaden and deepen the search
- Offer Customized and Co-Managed individual and group outplacement programs that range from customized career services at the executive level to more basic services for non-management and hourly employees
- Provide major 3rd party project management assistance as consultants to human resource staffs
- Offer expertise in designing transition benefits, coordinating services and conducting group orientation and workshop sessions
- Provide candidate tracking to placement services and project management set-up services
- Apply flexible co-managed services that allows for either upfront billing according to specified scope and length of engagement or by progressive hourly billing
