For over 15 years EWC's Project Management Office (PMO) has provided assistance locally and globally to corporate sponsored transitioning employees, ranging from individual situations to workforce transformation including scalable plant closing.

  • Provide PM's for plant closures,  WARN notification, communications, PMO activities effecting up to 25,000+ displaced or redeployed employees nationwide

  • Provide major 3rd party project management assistance as consultants to human resource staffs
  • Offer expertise in designing transition benefits, coordinating services and conducting group orientation and workshop sessions
  • Provide candidate tracking to placement services and project management set-up services
  •  Apply flexible co-managed services that allows for either upfront billing according to specified scope and length of engagement or by progressive hourly billing
